Step 1. Secure your Site

The first step in owning a new home is probably the most important. If you already have a lot, you can keep it and stay in your community. Your lot will also determine some of the options that will be available to you.

Step 2. Choose a Home

The next step is probably the most fun part, and also the most difficult. Selecting a home can be daunting but also the most fun as you personalize it and add all the custom options you desire.

Step 3. Arrange the Paperwork

Paperwork and legaleze can seem endless when buying a new home – we help make the process easy. Renew Now Homes agents are trained to help you through this phase and simplify the construction to permit process.

Step 4. Order your Home

Once all the paperwork is done, it’s time to order your new home.  Your new RapidBuild home will then be built at the manufacturer’s factory, to your exact specifications.

Step 5. Installation

Once the home is finished, it’s time to pack it up and ship it to your location. We’ll be there with you to make sure the installation and finish is up to par and that you are 100% satisfied with your new home.

That’s it – it’s time to move in!
